What was your initial telecoms issue, the ‘problem’?
“We were due to relocate to new office premises and knew that we wanted a new leased line to ensure continuity for the business.
“What we didn’t account for was the unforeseen change in timescales! The office suddenly became available much more quickly than we’d anticipated and while it was too good an opportunity not to go for, we were concerned about finding a telecoms provider at such short notice who could work as quickly as we needed them to.
“I wasn’t sure if it would be possible, frankly.”

“We’d had previous contact with their sales team, and we also shared a mutual contact who was already working with them.

“Not only that, but the speed came with no compromise to the service, as we continued to operate seamlessly with no downtime or loss of trading.
“Ongoing, we’re enjoying the ownership of our solution. With access to a portal, we are able to scale the solution up and down and pay only for what we’re using. We have a busy, dynamic team of solicitors who spend a lot of time working remotely with clients so we can scale bandwidth down when we need, and if everyone is in the office for a team meeting, we have the capacity to scale it back up again.
“We’re getting great connectivity with more control. That’s been powerful for us.”
