We are pleased to confirm that Octagon Communications is merging with IPEX, bringing together two customer-focused technology businesses with a shared commitment to reliable service, personal support and long-term customer relationships.
Your existing services will continue as normal and your current support arrangements remain in place while we work through the transition carefully

Octagon Customers
As part of IPEX, Octagon customers will gain access to a wider range of technical expertise, support resources and managed technology services across hosted telephony, connectivity, mobile, IT and cyber security.
For now, your current arrangements remain unchanged, including your existing services, pricing, support contacts and immediate billing arrangements.
Where any updates are required in the future, such as changes to billing details or Direct Debit mandates, we will contact you directly with clear instructions and plenty of notice.
